RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thank you for your tom kho purchase with us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at @tomkhomanage@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will make every attempt to ship out your order by 2pm same business day if received by 12pm. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
 
Shipping costs are flat rate based on value of products ordered:
$0-$80 = $8 (2-3day USPS Priority mail.)
$81-$108 = $15 (2-3day USPS Priority mail.)
$108 or greater = FREE 
 (2-3day USPS Priority mail.)
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time, however you can contact us to make a special request.
 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order has shipped, you will receive email notifications for each step of the way such as in transit, delivered. You can also login to your account and check your order status at any time.
